Located near the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Saint Clare's Classical is seeking a full-time middle and high school Co-Teacher for our Upper School Program.

Saint Clare's Tahoe operates a lower school, St. Clare's Montessori and an upper school, Saint Clare's Classical. St. Clare's is an independent Catholic school in the Diocese of Reno, in its seventh year of operation, serving fifty students. Inspired by Saint Clare's love of the eucharist with school-wide participation in weekly mass and adoration, our mission is to help students know the Truth, love the Good and grow into the fullness of their created potential.

We are looking for a candidate with a devout Catholic faith, a joyful heart, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to join our faculty. The candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in the school's newly formed Chesterton Academy-based program. Candidates will work alongside other talented educators while contributing to the team by teaching 7th-11th grade classes. The ideal candidate is able to teach a variety of subjects. We are able to tailor this position to the candidate's strengths whether they be in language arts or mathematics/sciences. The position also entails assisting the class with a variety of weekly engagements including adoration, community service, overseeing the student-run coffee shop, outdoor adventures, woodworking and more!

Professional development opportunities are available for applicants who are a great fit for our school community but lack training/experience.

Pay is competitive and based on experience and education. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are offered to all full-time employees.
