You will be supporting both our Real Estate Investing and Real Assets Private Credit platforms.

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (REI) is Morgan Stanley's integrated global real estate practice. We are the world's leading global real estate investment manager with over $60 billion in real estate assets under management across core, value-added and opportunistic investment vehicles. REI acquires properties, operating companies, and real estate backed departments on a global scale on behalf of our institutional investors.

Established in 2017, the European Real Assets Private Credit platform invests primarily in senior loans ultimately backed by European real assets. The Investment Team seeks to originate and maintain a diversified pool of investments across core regions and sectors with a focus on principal preservation and Solvency II efficiency. On behalf of our clients, the Investment Team manages over €2.6 billion of committed capital across Investment Grade and Value-Add strategies.

Placement and Duration

The part-time internship (up to 20 hours a week – working student) is an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere in the Investment Management Division by taking on some of the responsibilities and functions of a Full-Time Analyst for a short period. The internship will last at least 6 months but can vary in length depending on business needs and candidate availability.

Training Program

You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and client events.
• Conducting market, competitor, and fund research.
• Database management and internal reporting.
• Supporting the Real Estate Investing and the Real Assets Private Credit team in product development projects.
