We're seeking someone to join our Baltimore FX Emerging Markets Team as a Product Controller in ISG Finance to oversee daily P&L reporting, manage month-end close processes, support regulatory reporting, and contribute to strategic projects.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Associate position within our Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you'll do in the role:
> Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
> Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products
> Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
> Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
> Oversee daily P&L reporting and control requirements for FX Emerging Markets
> Manage month-end general ledger close process and disclosure reporting
> Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management and regulatory reporting initiatives
> Present financial data and partner with business unit stakeholders
> Enhance processes related to financial and regulatory reporting
> Support strategic projects and proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them What you'll bring to the role:
> Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment
> Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences
> Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues across the organization
> Ability to analyze data and think strategically
> Strong skills in planning, organization, and prioritization, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
> Proficiency in written and verbal communication and in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
> At least 2 years' relevant experience

Salary for the position: $75,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual

discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus

component.
