The FDO Enablement Lead is a pivotal role within the division, responsible for driving divisional-wide standards, reporting, and insight that enable effective delivery across fleets. > Own the creation of divisional reporting packs, and leadership decks.
> Manage divisional-led reporting with precision and clarity, ensuring materials are accurate, insightful, and timely.
> Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and crisp communication.

> Work closely with Fleet Enablement Leads to ensure divisional priorities, dependencies, and risks are understood and addressed.
> Act as a trusted partner to divisional leadership, bringing forward solutions and recommendations.
> Build credibility across the division by combining strong execution with strategic insight.

> Some experience in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, EY, Bain, Deloitte) preferable
> Solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry and Data Management
o Experience of working on programs focused on delivering change to technology risk & controls or of a regulatory, internal audit or operational risk nature preferable
> Adept ability to comprehend and extract technical concepts from business requirements and accurately summarize in a digestible way (e.g., user stories to wider departmental outcomes)
