Wealth Management Trade Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our Syndicate and Structured Investments Trade Support team within Wealth Management Operations. This team serves on the front lines, providing critical support to our Trading desk, Clients, Financial Advisors (FAs), Client Service Associates (CSAs) and branch teams across the country.
This role involves handling inbound calls, resolving cases, and ensuring accurate set-up, processing and support of our syndicate and structured products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for client service, and a deep commitment to operational excellence and risk mitigation.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is an Associate Professional position at the P2 level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
> Serve as a primary point of contact for the trading desk, Financial Advisors and branch personnel regarding syndicate and structured investments inquiries
> Respond to and resolve cases through phone, email, and case management systems in a timely and professional manner
> Investigate and support adjustments and corrections.
> Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements
> Collaborate with trading desks, technology, compliance, and other operations teams to resolve escalated or complex issues
> Maintain a strong understanding of firm policies
> Uphold a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize risk and operational errors
> Identify and escalate trends or process gaps that may require enhancements or additional training
> Support projects, process improvements, and user acceptance testing as needed Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
> 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a trade support environment
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
> Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
> Ability to handle call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
> Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Expected base pay rates for the role will be $65,000.00-$103,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
