We’re seeking someone to join our Finance Business Management team to assist driving long-term workforce and vendor strategies, financial stewardship, and enterprise-wide transformation through cross-functional collaboration and strategic governance.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is an Associate position within our Business Management Job Family which performs business management/CAO functions including headcount management, financials, people processes, executive communications, strategic support, divisional governance, regulatory support etc. Includes regional, location and department management and oversight.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm

  • Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products

  • Adhere to the Firm’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls

  • Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards

  • Provide analytical and process support to Departments leadership and deliver excellent customer service through actionable solutions, which enables stakeholders in the organization to evaluate and make strategic decisions, to drive commercial success.

  • Financial management: Responsible for financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, identification of potential challenges, allocations, vendor demand, invoicing and accruals, application Total Cost of Ownership and lifecycle management, optimization, and T&E/training.

  • Portfolio management: Ensuring that programs and projects reflect the business targets and structure for how the book of work is being delivered, and business and provider targets and allocations.

  • Resource management: Responsible for overall resource management including work force strategy execution and scenario planning, hire approvals and tracking, on-boarding and off-boarding resources, contingent worker compliance, space management/planning, staffing hygiene oversight and related activities.

  • Organizational governance and other: Responsible for supporting organizational activities including cost center and department structure maintenance, related leadership presentations, and other related activities.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences

  • Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers

  • Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision

  • Work effectively in cross-functional teams, having demonstrated strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners and alliances.

  • Creative problem-solving skills who able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis packages

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
