MSPBNA is looking for the best of the best to provide premier mortgage services to our clients. MSPBNA is seeking an experienced, positive, and motivated individual to join our Home Loans Change Management team.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

System Administration and Entitlements Management:

• Work with the Home Loans Business and Technology partners to define basic configuration in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and other related applications

o Entitlements (User Group system access)

• Enhance the process for introducing, reviewing, and approving basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Administer entitlements for Home Loans applications across Home Loans and partner group end-users

• Gather requirements from functional business owners regarding basic configuration and system entitlement changes (BAU changes)

• Establish governance routines for basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Review existing inventory of system entitlements for all applications used by Home Loans

• Work with Technology to implement basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Manage status and timeline for any planned basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Establish and manage regular routines with Technology to stay coordinated with regards to any planned basic configuration and system entitlement changes for all systems used by Home Loans

• Enhance the interaction model between Business System Administration, Technology, and Functional Business Owners for any basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Manage the publication and communication process for basic configuration and system entitlement changes

• Coordinate with Technology and Business Functional Leads for system updates

• Participate in testing for system updates (may be nights and/or weekends)

• Participate in disaster recovery (may be nights and/or weekends)

• Perform user access reconciliations to confirm compliance with approved entitlements

• Manage applicable procedures

Vendor and System Oversight:

• Perform vendor risk assessments including Data Lifecycle Management reviews, Privacy Questionnaires, Technology Control Assessments, and other applicable reviews

• Understand data risks and how they impact the residential lending business and U.S. Banks

• Manage the Technology Asset Inventory for Home Loans and partner division applications, including applicable metadata updates

• Manage information for applicable Home Loans service providers (vendors)

• Manage team JIVE site and JIRA dashboard; create JIRA stories as needed to track quarterly initiatives

• Actively participate in incremental business reviews and planning

• Provide status updates to Home Loans senior management

• Manage relevant Home Loans SharePoint or Jive sites

• Manage applicable procedures

• Track vendor system outages; prepare and deliver communications to the business, technology partners and management

• Actively partner with business system owners, information technology system owners, application support teams, compliance, operational risk management and other groups to ensure initiatives are prioritized and on track

• Additional responsibilities as required by management

• Limited travel

Change Management Projects:

• Partner with the broader Home Loans and WM Operations Change Management teams to drive entitlement and system changes aligned to projects and business objectives

• Provide project / testing support and oversight during period system deployments

o Administrative support (e.g., entitlements management)

o Vendor Risk support (e.g., vendor contacts and resources)

o Change Management support (e.g., QA/UAT testing)

Qualifications & Skills Required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in system configuration, administration, and oversight; data and vendor risk oversight; change management and project-based work

• Working knowledge of systems used within lending businesses (including mortgage originations)

• Mortgage Industry knowledge (preferred)

• Solid understanding of the mortgage life cycle (preferred)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• College degree required, advanced degree a plus

• Private Bank experience (preferred)

• Strong Computer skills required; familiar with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Visio, etc.)

• Relevant industry certifications, e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, is a plus

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and processes (i.e., Agile) (preferred)

• Ability to perform basic system configuration (preferred) and administration

• Strong oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional groups

• Ability to influence senior management

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

• Meticulous follow-up and follow through

• Excellent attention to detail
