We’re seeking someone to join Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Director in Finance COO Office. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The Director will be responsible for assisting and managing various project management tasks, including analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting the project managers in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the Financial Planning & Analysis job family which is responsible for the firm’s budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm’s current and expected financial performance.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Manage and participate in complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, maintaining strong governance, communication cadence, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying roadblocks and escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and risk metrics.
  • Facilitate executive forums and leadership updates, ensuring materials are prepared and aligned with broader priorities.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and synthesize complex information.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain structured workflows.
  • Risk & Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory environments such as CCAR and ICAAP.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and experience with data visualization.
  • Decision-Making & Problem Solving: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Salary range for the position: $70,000-$110,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
