Return to Work Program – Frankfurt

Whether you’ve stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, our 16-week Return to Work program offers the unique opportunity to reintegrate into the work force and build on your existing skillset.

Program participants are placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. Additionally, besides the on the job placement you will receive training, mentorship, coaching and professional development.

You don’t have to have a background in financial services to have a career with us. We welcome highly motivated candidates from a diverse range of industries and skills. What you’ll bring to the Program:

  • You will currently be on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2026, the projected program start date)
  • Be interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
  • Have relevant work experience in our hiring divisions
  • Display excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

The Program:

Morgan Stanley’s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based in offices across EMEA, and will run from 2 March – 19 June 2026, and you will need to be available for the duration. The program is an opportunity for experienced professionals to re-enter the workplace and continue their career in a high performing environment. During the program, all participants will network with colleagues and senior leaders from across the Firm and will receive training and support to refresh and add to their skills, whilst working within a team.

Upon completion of the program, participants may receive an offer of full-time employment depending on performance and business needs.
