We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional AI initiatives with a primary focus on enterprise deployments of AI products like ChatGPT and copilot and adjacent generative AI capabilities. You will drive complex, multi-region programs from discovery through rollout and adoption, ensuring delivery quality, security, compliance, and measurable business value. This role sits at the intersection of program leadership, AI platform operations, and stakeholder management across technology and business teams.

This is a Technical Program Management position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. What you’ll do in the role:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from planning and governance through execution, hyper care, and handover to operations.

  • Establish and manage integrated plans, RAID logs, decision records, scope baselines, and executive reporting for multi-workstream programs.

  • Coordinate configuration, deployment, and scaling like ChatGPT or copilot in alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DLP, access management/SSO/SCIM, audit logging, responsible AI policies).

  • Partner with platform engineering to enable automation, environment readiness, and integrations (e.g., M365, ServiceNow, Slack, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID) and to track operational SLAs/OKRs.

  • Lead risk assessments and design reviews for AI solutions; ensure adherence to governance, data privacy and model usage guidelines.

  • Plan and orchestrate testing and quality assurance activities (manual and automated), UAT, performance validation, and change management for enterprise-wide rollouts.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among security, legal, data protection, architecture, engineering, and business product owners; manage vendor relationships and escalations.

  • Define adoption and enablement plans, training, communications, and success metrics; monitor usage, performance, and cost efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

  • Drive incident response, problem management, and post-implementation reviews to ensure platform reliability and user satisfaction.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of technology project/program management in enterprise environments; proven delivery across multi-country or regulated industries (financial services preferred).

  • Direct experience leading deployments of AI products across large global Enterprises or similar LLM-based solutions; strong understanding of generative AI concepts and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Solid grasp of AI governance and risk frameworks; experience implementing security and compliance controls (DLP/Purview, audit logging, access management, encryption).

  • Hands-on familiarity with automation and scripting practices (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and CI/CD concepts to coordinate with engineering and QA.

  • Expert stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and senior executives.

  • Fluency managing hybrid delivery models (Agile, Scrum, and phase-gated); proficiency with Jira/Confluence, Project/Planner, and ServiceNow for demand and incident processes.

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP and/or Scrum certification is an asset.

  • Change management and adoption: training materials, comms, and stakeholder readiness.

  • On-time, on-budget delivery against agreed scope and quality gates.

  • Compliance posture (DLP, access controls, audit logging) and successful governance reviews.

  • UAT/production defect density and time-to-resolution; platform reliability and SLA adherence.

  • Adoption and satisfaction metrics (active usage, NPS/CSAT), and realized business outcomes.

  • Cost efficiency (licensing/utilization optimization) and continuous improvement initiatives implemented.
