Return to Work Program – Baltimore

You don’t have to have a background in financial services to have a career with us. We welcome highly motivated candidates from a diverse range of industries and skills. Our Baltimore Return to Work program will run from March 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026 in our Baltimore office. This 16-week paid program places participants in roles that align with their existing expertise while also broadening their horizons through comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development.
Below are just some of skills we are seeking for our 2025 Baltimore cohort:
- Background or experience in roles within Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources or Corporate Services functions
- Knowledge or experience in Operations functions including Client Services, Trade Support and Processing, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know Your Client (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Regulatory Reporting, Trade Support and Processing, Cash Management, Reconciliations, Financing and Collateral

Qualifications:
- On a career break of at least two years as of March 2, 2026
- Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis

Salary range for the position: 100,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
