At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley’s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based at the firm’s Dallas office and will run from March to June 2026.

We value the life skills and experiences you've gained outside of work and know you can bring a lot to our organization. Qualifications:

• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2, 2026 the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Relevant work experience ranging from 5 - 10 years
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
