We’re seeking someone to join our team as as an eDiscovery Case Lead.in Global eDiscovery and Investigations (GEDI) group. The group is responsible for managing requests for electronic data and forensic investigations that relate to Litigation, Regulatory matters, Compliance, as well as Insider Threat, Incident Response and Cyber Security events.

What you’ll do in the role:
Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
The eDiscovery Case Lead role focuses on managing eDiscovery requests for data by ensuring they are adequately formed, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner.This includes anticipating, understanding, and proactively addressing questions related to fulfilling requests across various data sources in support of litigation or regulatory inquires.
Additionally, eDiscovery Case Leads are responsible for supporting prioritization and movement of deliverable in the eDiscovery collections queue, performing data collections, and participate in planning and implementing of operational initiatives, managing process improvement and standardization.
Essential to success in this role is the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across all groups within the firm, including all management levels.Extensive interaction is required with stakeholders both internal and external to IT including Legal, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Cyber Security, various IT and Business groups, and 3rd party vendors.
Successful candidates will demonstrate good judgment, be confident working independently, and comfortable handling confidential information.
What you’ll bring to the role:
At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Detail Orientated and Analytical, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Excellent Client Services, Prudence, and Integrity
Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Experience in the areas of eDiscovery project management and/or litigation supportComfortable working on complex cases and large data collections
Comfortable handling confidential information
Experience using a ticketed workflow system and ability to track multiple workstreams
Project management knowledge and experience
Ability to resolve multiple confidential, time-critical, and competing priorities and projects
Effective communicator with the ability to provide status to key audiences in a concise, informative, and timely manner
Experience in a client facing role
Ability to follow procedure and policy
Ability to work effectively across a global and virtual team
Strong spoken and written English
Skills Desired:Solid work experience of 3-5 years in a financial services sector
Experience working in Regulatory, Compliance and/or Litigation groups ideally within the Financial Industry.
Experience working with e-communications archives and eDiscovery platforms
Experience working internationally with peers and/or clients in different regions and time zones
Experience with email platforms and other messaging systems
