In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:
Primary responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the Credit Risk Function's preparation of management information, facilitation of recruitment of employees and interns.
• Driving and contributing to the overall operational risk and controls agenda in the team and collaborating with Credit Risk leads to delivering major tasks like BCP, SLA documentation, EUC management, governance on standard operating procedures and training documents for the department.
• Governance, review and production of Operating Metrics materials for various legal entities.
• Handle space planning, budget tracking and other logistical activities.
• Liaising with HR, Global COO teams, Finance, tech support, Corporate Services and other teams to manage the day-to-day CAO tasks in the Credit Risk function.
• Facilitating and assisting with senior visitors' visits - presentation materials and logistical arrangements.
• Continually evaluate existing reports, tasks and processes to identify areas for improvement to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assisting with employee engagement and team events.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Skills Set
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, often balancing multiple high priority deliverables while building and maintaining relationships
• High level of expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - must have.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Very good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of financial products through industry experience or exceptional academic background in related fields (BS in Finance/Economics and/or MBA).
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• A team player with a willingness to work with a wide variety of stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• 7+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in COO role and dashboard/Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) a plus.
