Position Summary

Initially based in Tokyo and opportunity lies ahead to work in London. Working as a Listed Derivatives sales. Listed Derivatives Group provides sales and execution services to global institutional clients. The Japan fixed income team dedicates to Japan-based global clients.

Day-to-Day Job Description
- Execute exchange listed futures and options for Morgan Stanley clients.
- Perform sales activities and expand client base. Provide trade ideas, market thoughts/colors.
- Perform client presentations of DMA, clearing and execution business.
- Identify market landscape, trends, opportunities via research reports and economic outlook.
- Perform support for Direct market Access, liaison with IT department to customize system to each clients, solve system issues or manage orders.
- Liaise with operations, IT, Credit Risk

Qualifications
- Near Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
- At least 2 years of sales experiences in Fixed Income products.

-Fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to provide quality service to the firm's clients and to promote and enhance the Morgan Stanley franchise.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
