AI - Business Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced governance professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.
- Assist with improving an internal Knowledge Management platform used by US-based financial advisors and support professionals
- Understand product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the content platform to help the team execute on key deliverables
Strategic Project Management: Assist in leading project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
Roadmap Ownership: Collaborate on defining and managing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across the Firmwide AI website.
Backlog Management: Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Execution: Write clear user stories and lead planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process. Assist Domains with strategic site redesigns.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements. Survey Follow up, Interviews with key Authors and End Users
Analytics: Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion.
Industry best practices and Competitive Assessments: Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions to deepen digital engagement and capture prospect leads.
Qualifications/Skills Required or Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a business setting
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Familiarity with using the JIRA tool
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics.
Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.
Financial Services Industry experience (preferred)
Analytics experience (preferred)
