HR Operations and Vendor Relations Manager

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a HR Operations and Vendor Relations Manager to drive the operational activities across various HR products including Benefits, Pension, Immigration, HR Systems and Services for Hungary and other Continental European locations, in partnership with the wider EMEA functional teams.

What you’ll do in the role:
• Provide local leadership for team members in the immigration, HR operations, HR systems and benefit teams, oversee payroll and benefit vendor activities and related contingent workers.
• Partner with HR functional stakeholders in the region to drive process efficiencies and ensure alignment of practices across locations.
• Oversee vendor management activities including the RFP processes, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, business reviews, SLA management and handling escalations.
• Ensure vendor invoices are paid on a timely manner, manage accruals, and assist with budgeting.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with changes in labor codes and tax laws. Act as a point of contact for authorities (e.g. tax authority, labor office, statistics office), ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Participate in addressing HR Risk incidents, initiate remediation planning.
• Act as system owner and manage due diligence procedures, validations and data lifecycle management plans.
• Take an active role in system change or system enhancement projects including gathering requirements, specifying configurations, liaisons with HR IT and service providers, UAT, communication, project management
What you’ll bring to the role:
• At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience including exposure to people management would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels, including senior management and external partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach to work.
• Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with an assertive yet collaborative approach.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, with a customer and stakeholder-focused mindset, willing to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.
• Team-oriented, supportive of colleagues, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and adapt management style to suit individual team members.
