Employment Term

Qualifications

• Candidates who have graduated from, or are expected to graduate from, a four-year university or graduate school.

Working Hours

9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (negotiable).

Toranomon Hills Station Tower, 2-6-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-5543, Japan.

Holidays and Leave

• Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
• National holidays
• Year-end and New Year holidays (December 31 – January 3)
• Annual paid leave in accordance with company policy

Essential Skills

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (reading and writing)
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong compliance awareness and ability to perform duties in accordance with rules, recognizing confidentiality and business risks
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks and knowledge proactively and to pursue continuous growth
