ROLE SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

HCM is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Associate to join our Warsaw team to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organization's strategy and people agenda. This individual will be instrumental in developing robust strategies, translating complex insights into compelling narratives, actionable plans and tangible results, as well as fostering collaboration across diverse global and cross-functional stakeholders. The individual will work closely with the Head of Warsaw HCM, the Warsaw Office Head and team. This role will drive the project management for key strategic people deliverables, be responsible for the people communication strategy, as well as support the broader HR operations in Warsaw.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a strategy, management consulting, or an internal strategic planning role within a complex financial services, consulting or technology organization
  • Hands-on Project Manager experience (plan, execute, and deliver projects, involving various teams, resources, stakeholders, and managing communication)
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization
  • Strong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Proven track record of driving outcomes in complex, cross-functional business situations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive strategic projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively to meet critical deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of distilling complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive strategic communications for diverse audiences (in English)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability, create compelling presentations and design insightful data visualizations that effectively communicate strategic narratives to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and to navigate change

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive, analytical problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic and evolving organizational landscape
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, banking, or related financial services domains, preferably gained through direct experience within a financial institution
  • Expertise in quantitative analysis and data interpretation, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights
  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to work closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities, and measures of strategic initiatives
  • Experience / knowledge of HR, especially across an international and multi-jurisdictional organisation
