Summary:

As we continue our journey from a high-growth startup to a scalable enterprise, we are seeking a Director of Contract Administration to optimize and scale our Contract Administration function. You will leverage your process-minded leadership skills to enhance our Contract Administration department—refining current systems, improving documentation practices, and evolving the scalable, multi-product processes needed to support our sales team.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to growth, transforming practices into world-class, reliable systems, and helping the company level up its operational capabilities while keeping our entrepreneurial speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Contract Administration team, ensuring alignment with company goals and a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee contract accuracy, policy enforcement, and sales program execution with a focus on integrity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Support the contract administration team in navigating policies, procedures, and service agreements to drive publisher success.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements that drive efficiency and reduce friction for the sales field.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to transition from legacy systems and informal procedures to refined, documented, and scalable workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology to ensure seamless program delivery and operational flow.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of customer service, operations, or sales support experience, including at least 3 years of leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
