Job Summary:
Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences? We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of high-impact internal systems that power our business — starting with a brand-new CRM and Service Portal implementation.
This is a permanent opportunity to own design initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You'll start by ensuring that publishers, advertisers, and internal teams have seamless workflows and engaging digital touchpoints. Post-launch, you'll take the lead on improving the user experience of our custom Back Office ERP system — a critical platform for managing business operations and data.
Responsibilities:
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for CRM, Service Portal, and ERP platforms
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system and cross-platform style guide
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
- Continuously refine and enhance system interfaces to drive adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into clear, actionable design solutions
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, including work on both packaged (CRM/Service Desk) and custom/internal (ERP, portals) applications
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered methodologies
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying insights to improve product experiences
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and service management tools
- Familiarity with ERP or custom enterprise systems with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Understanding of front-end development principles to better partner with engineering
- Experience building and scaling design systems across multiple applications
