Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support and manage initiatives that are critical to our organization’s continued growth and success. As a Project Coordinator at BVM, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing projects across departments. You'll ensure that all moving parts stay aligned and on schedule—serving as a central point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to maintain momentum and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to advance high-priority strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teamwork and maintain effective communication across departments
- Develop and share clear project plans, updates, and expectations with all stakeholders
- Identify potential risks early and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategy and direction
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of project management or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
