We're hiring a Digital Onboarding Manager to lead our team of onboarding specialists. You’ll be the bridge between sales promises and client success, making sure every customer’s first experience is seamless, supportive, and scalable. You’ll also support training, system optimization, and feedback loops to improve client satisfaction and onboarding efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of ~20 onboarding specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Streamline workflows and processes to reduce backlog, shorten time-to-live, and scale efficiently
  • Oversee seamless client transitions from Sales to Onboarding with a focus on service and speed
  • Drive continuous improvement using client feedback (e.g., NPS), performance data, and operational insights
  • Leverage tools like Close.com, Duda, Uberall, Figma, and explore AI/API solutions to boost team efficiency
  • Track and report on key onboarding KPIs: time-to-live, NPS, backlog, and team efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and travel periodically to sales conferences

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading or managing onboarding, implementation, or customer success teams
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in workflow optimization
  • Background working with SMB clients or in entrepreneurial environments
  • Ability to lead remote teams, coach for growth, and set clear performance expectations

What will make you stand out:

  • Familiarity with onboarding tools such as Close.com, Duda, Uberall, and Figma
  • Firsthand experience in sales or a strong understanding of the sales-to-service handoff
  • Experience using NPS tools and turning client feedback into process improvements
  • Comfort testing new tools (especially AI and APIs) to improve efficiency
