Are you a powerhouse of strategy, organization, and execution? Ready to drive outcomes, reduce churn, and foster transitions? We’re looking for an operationally excellent leader to take charge of Publisher transitions and lead our Flip Program—a developmental track for future sales leaders.

In this high impact role you’ll ensure seamless transitions, healthy territories, and strong performance across the field, while mentoring a small but mighty team and partnering with cross-functional leaders. They’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring sales territories stay healthy, magazines stay supported, and talent pipelines are producing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Publisher transition process by managing shifting responsibilities, coordinating communication, and securing long-term replacements.
  • Own and optimize the Flip Program, ensuring that training, territory handoffs, and performance tracking are seamless and well-documented.
  • Identify early signs of performance concerns and collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement improvement plans and preventative measures.
  • Establish and refine systems and standards that improve field transitions, Flip Program accountability, and internal project execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Publisher churn, transition outcomes, and Flip Program success across all regions.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team, driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years in operations, program management, or sales support
  • Highly organized with demonstrated success in tracking performance, improving processes, and ensuring accountability
  • Experienced manager with a blend of strategic vision and executional grit
