About the Role:
As part of our summer team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dedicated staff and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with guest communication and inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Processing travel documents and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Researching and compiling travel information for different destinations and itineraries.
• Providing administrative support to the tour team, including data entry and maintaining client files.
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities for upcoming tours.
• Contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for travel, and a willingness to learn.
