Primary Responsibilities:
- Consulting with 206 Tours current or potential group leaders: priests, parish coordinators, ministry heads, etc. to understand their needs and visions: — e.g., destination, type of hotels and inclusions, dates or suggestion for change of dates, group size, spiritual focus, free trips and budget.
- Customizing itineraries — Working from 206 Tours' either to pick one of the 300+ pre-made templates or building fully bespoke ones, incorporating sites like shrines, saints' tombs, Marian apparitions, and biblical locations, while ensuring daily Mass is at a most prominent Church, confession opportunities, and priest chaplains.
- Preparing and sending detailed proposals — These include full pricing (with group discounts, incentives like free spots/rebates for leaders), inclusions (flights, hotels, meals, ground transport, guides), fundraising tips, payment options, and promotional tools like Early Bird Specials (custom flyers, social media graphics, dedicated booking websites).
- Quoting and negotiating — Calculating costs based on current rates, group size (often minimum 15–40+ for viability), season, and any special requests; offering competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- Following up and closing — Responding promptly (often within hours or maximum 2 business days) to questions, refining proposals, and transitioning confirmed group to Account Manager for operations.
- Providing promotional support — Website! Supplying marketing materials and advice on recruiting pilgrims (e.g., parish bulletin / announcements, flyers, digital kits), as leaders often need to fill groups 9–12+ months in advance.
- Building long-term relationships — Acting as the main point of contact from initial inquiry through post-pilgrimage follow-up, earning trust for repeat business (most leaders return year after year).
Additional duties might include:
- Handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborating with internal teams on operations, airfare booking (Amadeus), ground partners worldwide.
- Tracking group progress (registrations, payments, minimum / maximum numbers).
- Rooming Lists, Transfer Lists
- Assisting with incentives like if Group Leader or Church needs help due to materialization failing short of what was expected
- Following and ensuring that commissions are properly calculated
- Being engaged to ensure that Incentives, Free Trips and leader perks are appropriately disbursed (pre trip)
- Asking Group Leaders how happy they were with 206 Tours services / pilgrimage
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of travel logistics
- Customer service orientation
- Organizational/detail-oriented
- Faith alignment. A personal connection to Catholicism is highly valued, as the role involves ministering through travel and understanding Priests, Group Leaders and pilgrims' spiritual motivations.

- Role requires 1–5+ years in similar fields.
- Experience in sales, customer service, travel/tourism, or ministry coordination is ideal
